Portrait miniature, ca 1790

Oval miniature contained in a tortoise shell frame w/ brass scroll decoration. Frame measures 3-3/8" x 3-3/4", the oval opening measures 1-3/4" x 2"

Miniature is signed "H.Fuger" probably Heinrich Fuger, German 1751-1812

Watercolor miniature on ivory. The outside frame measures 3-1/3" x 4-1/2" and has a decorative 1/4" ribbed metal edge. An attached brass label reads "Madame de LAVALLIERE"

The oval opening measures 2-3/8" x 1-3/4" and the miniature is signed "Dumont" probably Pierre Dumont, ca 1790. The piece is in good condition.
